Josiane Martinez is CEO and Founder of ASG. She is the marketing mastermind behind campaigns that have generated record results for clients, particularly in the public and governmental sector. She holds nearly 20 years of experience working in public policy, and prior to ASG, served as Director of Specialized Media for Governor Patrick and Executive Director of the MA office for Refugees and Immigrants. Outside of work, Josiane enjoys weekend trips to Provincetown with her family and cherishes moments spent with her son watching Disney films. Josiane holds an MBA in Marketing, Management, Strategy and Finance from Simmons College in Boston and a BA in Public Communications and Political Science from Universidad de Puerto Rico.

Gaby is Senior Vice President of Operations at ASG. She is an executive decision-maker and plays a key role in handling internal and external affairs. She is the backbone of business strategies and helps drive overall company performance. Prior to ASG, she was Editor of The Internal News Desk at Red Más Noticias and Senior Producer for Bienmesabe Magazine. Outside of work, Gaby loves planning and hosting dinner parties and stays active by going on scenic hikes with her family and two dogs. Gaby holds a BA in Communication Studies with a concentration in Journalism from Universidad Católica Andrés Bellos in Venezuela and a MA in International Relations from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Columbia.

Lily is the Associate Director of Business Development Operations at ASG. She is based in their hometown of Austin, Texas, and has spent many wonderful summers in Massachusetts visiting family. Prior to joining ASG, Lily managed grants and events for four years with affordable housing, technology, and arts nonprofits. With each proposal, they commit to amplifying project impact through strategic research and compelling communications. Lily loves gardening, camping, learning new languages in their travels, and practicing modern dance projects. Lily holds a BA in Anthropology and Sociology from Lewis & Clark College and a MA in International Communications and Development from City University of London.

Brandon is Senior Field Lead at ASG. He supervises tasks of employees, provides training programs to workers, and ensures overall efficiency in the field. Prior to ASG, Brandon was an Educator in the Boston Public Schools and served as a Community Organizer for over seventeen years, focusing on housing, anti-racism and education. Outside of work, he enjoys long bike rides with friends and travelling the world. Brandon holds a BS in Education from Central Michigan University.
Ross Doty

Ross is a Senior Field Strategist at ASG. He is responsible for fostering relationships with clients and generating plans to ensure their goals and expectations are met and exceeded. Prior to ASG, he served as a liaison between the Massachusetts Community Tracing Collaborative and high-level representatives from the Boston Public Health Commission and Brookline Health Department, facilitating local response to high-risk cases and COVID-19 hotspots. Outside of work, Ross enjoys playing Rugby, watching baseball games and exploring Boston. Ross holds a BS in Public Policy and Economics.
Andreina Madrid

Andreina is Event Manager at ASG. She is responsible for planning and managing company events and recommending marketing strategies. Prior to ASG, she worked as an Event Manager, Model, Actress and Theater Producer. Outside of work, Andreina stays active by going for long nature walks, scenic hikes, and doing Pilates. Andreina holds a degree in Global Business from Universidad de Panama.

Lauren is Event Manager of Community Engagement at ASG. She focuses on planning and managing events aimed at creating relationships and building trust with surrounding communities. Prior to ASG, Lauren worked as an Event Coordinator, Research Group Administrator, and Youth Mentoring Program Coordinator. Outside of work, Lauren loves hanging out with her dog, Delia, values quality time spent with family, and stays active and outdoors by bike riding or hiking. Lauren holds an MD in Management from Lasell College and a BA in Social Work with a concentration in Children and Families from University of Pittsburgh.

Oscar is Field Lead at ASG. He supervises and manages the performance of field staff and provides training and guidance. Prior to ASG, he was a Research Analyst for State Representative Kevin G. Honan. Outside of work, Oscar enjoys escaping into a new novel, watching a horror movie or playing “GO!”, an abstract strategy board game invented in China nearly 2,500 years ago. Oscar holds a BA in Literature from UMass Boston.

Syeeda is a Community Engagement Coordinator at ASG. Syeeda cultivates meaningful relationships and collaboration with diverse communities to which she serves as an advocate, providing support and resources. Outside of work, when she isn’t whipping up delectable recipes in her kitchen, she’s exploring Boston’s boundless array of unique eateries. Syeeda is currently a student at Suffolk University working to achieve her BAS in Political Science and has prior experience as Suffolk Votes Scholar, encouraging and educating students to vote.
Zaida Luna

Zaida is a Field Coordinator at ASG. She is responsible for ensuring the appropriate allocation of staff and other resources on projects in order to achieve client satisfaction. Outside of work, Zaida enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and taking her dog on long walks. She is a devoted member to her community of Springfield, as a coach for girls’ baseball and basketball. Zaida holds an AA in Social Work from Puerto Rican College Hato Rey, Puerto Rico.

Paulina is the Director of Marketing at ASG. Paulina leads marketing strategies and is responsible for developing and managing client projects. Paulina formerly served as our Multicultural Marketing Specialist and Analyst. Prior to ASG, she was Multicultural Marketing Coordinator at HBO. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and taking part in enriching experiences such as visiting Boston’s top-tier art museums or watching cultural documentaries. Paulina holds a double BS in Business Administration for Marketing and Environmental Sustainability from Babson College in Massachusetts.

Jason is a Senior Digital Marketing & Internal Brand Manager at ASG. He is responsible for the overall planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including maintenance of social media, email advertising efforts, performance measurement and brainstorming based on industry trends. Prior to ASG, he worked as an Associate Strategist at Kevin York Communications. Outside of work, Jason is a proud dog dad who enjoys running, reading and exploring Great Diamond Island and Fort Myers with his husband. Jason holds a BA in English from Boston University.

Samantha Trobough

Samantha is a Senior Digital Strategist at ASG. She is responsible for the development of digital marketing campaigns and their integration with, and support of, other facets of the overall marketing strategy that helps clients reach their goals. Samantha was previously a Senior Account Manager of Integrated Marketing for ASG before moving completely to the digital marketing team. Her balanced approach to leisure can either call for a weekend of hiking on scenic trails across the country or touring the cobblestones in search of Boston’s best boutiques. Samantha holds a BA in Psychology from the University of South Carolina.

Johnny is Communications Manager at ASG. He is responsible for overseeing the internal and external communications and crafting the overall company message in a consistent and engaging way. Prior to ASG, he worked as Media Relations Coordinator at Tufts University. Outside of work, Johnny loves to snuggle up with his cat, Miles, and watch HBO series in his cozy Brooklyn home. He also enjoys staying active in the concrete jungle by riding his bike. Johnny holds a BS in Public Relations from Boston University.

Mark is Data Strategist at ASG. He helps manage the process of sourcing alterative datasets by ensuring the most promising strategies to fit with business requirements. Prior to ASG, he worked as a Political and Advocacy Campaign Professional. Outside of work, Mark loves the game of soccer whether its playing with family, watching games with friends or attending professional matches. His passions for travel and archeology made his trip to Turkey, visiting his hometown of Cesme and exploring archaeological sites, a highlight of his year. Mark holds a BA in Government from Skidmore College in New York and an MD in International Studies from Aarhus University in Denmark.

Jasmine is Associate Director of Project Management at ASG and in her previous position she was Senior Project Manager. Prior to ASG, Jasmine served as Fundraising & Operations Coordinator for (MassNOW) and Director of Development & Communications for RESPOND, Inc. She provides tactical leadership and oversees any project related activities. Based in Providence, Rhode Island, Jasmine enjoys spending time off with her son exploring theme parks, attending sporting events and listening to music. Jasmine holds a BS. in Legal Studies from Roger Williams University and an MPH in Health Law, Bioethics and Human Rights from Boston University.

Angelo is a Senior Project Manager at ASG. He develops action plans for projects and oversees all contributors involved, working across all departments to guarantee timeliness and success. Prior to ASG, Angelo was a Project Manager for the Latin America Region at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI). Outside of work, Angelo enjoys exploring Austin’s array of fascinating restaurants and is a collector of hobbies which include photography, reading, biking, and hiking. Angelo holds a BA in Sociology with a minor in Gender Studies from UMass Boston.

Marcia feels lucky to be able to combine her extensive international marketing and product management experience and commitment to social impact in her role as a Senior Project Manager at ASG. She brings to all clients broad multi-cultural experience in both the public and private sectors – including Gillette, iRobot and various startup companies. Fortunate in being able to combine her professional growth and international inquisitiveness, Marcia spent six years working overseas in multiple European and Asian markets as well as most of her career focusing on global markets and domestic cross-cultural initiatives for organizations. Marcia sees life through a lens of optimism and spontaneity, living each day ready for her next adventure. Outside of work, she is always planning her next trip, swimming, spending time outdoors and attending the latest cultural events. Marcia holds an MBA from Boston University.

Outside of work, Joyce enjoys baking and spending time with her dog, Donut. Joyce holds a BA in History and Government from Connecticut College.

Lorraine is Project Manager at ASG. She is responsible for overseeing successful execution of unique initiatives across several projects. Outside of work, Lorraine loves working out, especially if she can make it happen outdoors. She loves spending quality time with friends and family and believes that by doing what she loves, she never feels like she’s working. Lorraine holds a BA from Manhattanville College in New York.

Prior to ASG, she worked as Welcome Desk Coordinator for Emerson College where she was President of the student organization, Raíz Latinoamericana. Outside of work, Ana enjoys exploring Massachusetts, going to the movie theater, trying new restaurants and spending quality time with friends and family. Ana holds a BS in Communication Studies with a minor in Political Sciences and Public Relations from Emerson College in Boston.
Fred Martins
Fred is Creative Director at ASG who is responsible for leading creative projects and supervising other copywriters and artists to create work for websites, advertisements or campaigns. Prior to ASG, they worked as Creative Director for several agencies in the BtoB Technology Sector launching brands in the Biotech and Process Control Sectors. Outside of work, Fred is an award-winning fine art photographer with many works in local museums and private collections. Of their many eclectic hobbies include building traditional New England stone walls that hold a meaningful history and add to the rustic charm of New England. Fred holds a BA from New England School of Art and Design.

Jacob is the Associate Director of Contact Center Operations at ASG. He is responsible for recommending marketing strategies, inspiring creative teams, and developing plans for the Contact Center Program. Prior to ASG, Jacob held relevant positions as a COVID-19 Contact Tracing Supervisor at Massachusetts CTC, Executive Search Coordinator, and Legislative Aide. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys capturing the beauty and charm of New England through photographing scenic walks through Boston and The Berkshires. Jacob holds a BA in History and Politics from Brandeis University in Massachusetts.

Prior to ASG, Jarret worked in Talent Acquisition at Ideal Concepts, Inc. and as a Games Supervisor at Dorney Park. Outside of work, Jarret enjoys hiking, touring and tasting at wineries and breweries, and exploring different amusement parks across the country. Jarret holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from University of Central Florida.
