CASE STUDY: Community Tracing Collaborative (CTC) :
ASG worked with Partners in Health and the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) during the COVID-19 crisis to create a statewide public awareness campaign for the general public that also resonated with diverse audiences. The goal was to position the Community Tracing Collaborative (CTC) as a credible resource and encourage residents, particularly those in diverse communities within the most impacted areas, to participate in the program when called upon. Our integrated campaign strategy yielded significant results by building awareness and generating trust in the most vulnerable communities.
