Cambodian Community Organizer (Lowell)

Tooch is an experienced organizer and leader in Lowell’s large Cambodian community. Tooch’s entire family was killed in the Cambodian Genocide from 1975-1979 and he has remained committed to telling their story and honoring their legacy by supporting causes that help the Cambodian community.

Fluent in Khmer, Tooch has worked with the Cambodian Mutual Assistance Association, Middlesex Community College, UMass Lowell and the Cultural Organization of Lowell advancing health, education and employment campaigns. He holds degrees from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and Trinity College.
